What is your warranty period and what does it cover? img

We offer a 12-month warranty for the entire machine (excluding consumable parts such as anilox rollers, doctor blades, and inks). Any part damage caused by non‑human factors within the warranty period will be replaced free of charge. Maintenance resulting from improper operation is charged at cost price.

How can I get technical support after purchasing a machine? img

We provide a dedicated WeChat / WhatsApp group that includes your operator, our service technician, your sales representative, and even our CEO. Whenever you have a question or encounter a problem, just leave a message in the group. Our technician will respond within 24 hours (depending on time zone) and assist you via video call, pictures, or remote control.

Do you send engineers on‑site for installation and training? img

Yes, we offer on‑site service. Our engineers can travel to your factory to perform machine installation, commissioning, and provide hands‑on training for your operators. This is especially recommended for first‑time users or complex converting lines. Alternatively, we also provide comprehensive remote support via operation videos, manuals, and drawings.

How do I order spare parts, and what is the cost after warranty? img

We ship a sufficient amount of common spare parts together with every machine. After the warranty period, you can order genuine Raloyal parts directly from us at factory cost price – no minimum order quantity for machined parts like gears, shafts, and wall panels. We manufacture these components in‑house, so delivery is fast and reliable.

What is your response time for emergency breakdowns, and do you have local service hubs? img

For emergency issues, we provide remote diagnostics via video call or remote control within 12–24 hours. If an on‑site visit is required, we currently have service hubs in Latin America, Poland, Russia, Belarus, and the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). For other regions, we arrange engineer travel as quickly as possible, usually within 2–3 weeks.
