Overview & Applications
Our bridge press combines a long drying path with an enclosed doctor blade system for stable ink supply on wide webs.

Three winding methods (surface, center, or shaftless) give you flexibility for different substrates. Video inspection and pre/post-press traction ensure consistent quality on demanding industrial materials.

FAQ
What is a bridge-type flexo printing machine? img

A: A bridge-type flexo press uses an elevated, wide-web structure with separate unwinding, traction, printing, drying, and rewinding sections. It is designed for applications that require wide materials, large rolls, flexible web handling, and a heavy-duty production layout.

What materials can a bridge-type flexo press print? img

A: Depending on the configuration, it can print kraft paper, coated paper, cellophane, nonwoven materials, and selected PP films. Material weight, thickness, surface treatment, ink type, and drying requirements should be confirmed before the machine is configured.

What costs are included in the equipment quote? What is the packaging like? If installation and commissioning are required, can you send personnel, and what are the costs? What payment methods are supported? Can you settle via letter of credit? img

A: Our regular quotation is based on FOB Ningbo, standard packing is wooden case ( for printing machine and narrow web slitter). We can dispatch service engineer come to customer factory if customer needs, the wage is 200usd/day. And the round tickets, food, and lodging are on customer side. Regarding the payment term, we accept T/T remittance, and irrevocable sight L/C, detailed terms can be negotiated.

How is a bridge-type press different from a CI flexo press? img

A: CI press supports the substrate on one central impression drum and is especially suitable for stretch-sensitive flexible films. A bridge-type press uses independent printing and web-handling sections and can provide greater flexibility for wide paper, nonwoven materials, large rolls and different unwind or rewind arrangements.

How is it different from a stack flexo printing machine? img

A: stack press arranges the printing units vertically and is commonly selected for general paper, label and packaging applications. A bridge-type press generally provides a wider and heavier-duty production structure with more flexible web-handling, traction and roll configurations.

stack press arranges the printing units vertically and is commonly selected for general paper, label and packaging applications. A bridge-type press generally provides a wider and heavier-duty production structure with more flexible web-handling, traction and roll configurations. img

A: Yes. Available printing widths and 4-, 6- or 8-color configurations depend on the selected model. The machine should be configured according to the material width, print design, roll diameter, production speed and available factory space.

Can the machine support two-side printing and different drying systems? img

A: Two-side printing can be configured on selected models. Drying options may include hot air, IR, UV or other systems depending on the substrate and ink. The required process should be confirmed before the final machine layout is designed.

What unwind and rewind configurations are available? img

A: Different unwind and rewind methods can be selected according to the substrate, roll size, and production route. Options may include standard or angled unwinding, independent traction, dancer-arm tension control, and different rewinding systems.

Can we test our paper, nonwoven or film material before ordering? img

A: Yes. Material testing can be arranged using customer-supplied substrates, artwork and plate information. The test is used to confirm feeding stability, ink transfer, drying and print quality before the final configuration is approved.
