Today, we tested a special PTFE material for our customer.

The challenges

• Stretchable and fragile film

• Minimum slitting width required: 10mm

To achieve this, we used our CORE SERIES Surface Coiling Slitting Machine

• Powered by 3 servo motors, with two independently controlling the winding

• Automatic taper tension for precise and stable control

• Center surface coiling method, designed for stretchable and delicate materials
