A: The standard configuration covers main color unit, web guide, drying system, unwinder, rewinder, and 1 set die cutting station. We provide customization service: you can choose different color sets and custom printing width. Yes, the option device can be added.
A: The machine supports both water-based flexo ink and UV curing ink (LED UV) with fast drying speed and no solvent residue. When matched with food-compliant ink, it can be used for adhesive labels in food and pharmaceutical industries...
A: Our regular quotation is based on FOB Ningbo, standard packing is wooden case ( for printing machine and narrow web slitter). We can dispatch service engineer come to customer factory if customer needs, the wage is 200usd/day. And the round tickets, food, and lodging are on customer side. Regarding the payment term, we accept T/T remittance, and irrevocable sight L/C, detailed terms can be negotiated.
A: The production time depends on the machine type. If it is a CI and inline printing machine, it needs 60 work days; if stacked printing machine, it needs 45 work days. We provide the CE, CO, etc. files to customer for the customs clearance.
A: We provide the English version instruction manual, also includes the wire diagram, maintenance instruction, and detailed instruction video.
A: We can arrange the material testing for you, you just need provide the material which you want to test, the resin plate, and the others, we will arrange, it is free for testing.
