Servo Inline Flexo Printing Machine

The ZJR servo inline flexo printing machine is designed for label and packaging converters that need printing and optional post-print processes within one production line. It is available in 350 mm, 450 mm and 650 mm printing widths, supports 4 to 12 colors, and reaches printing speeds of up to 180 m/min.

Servo-driven tension control, ultrasonic web guiding and helical plate-cylinder gears support accurate material handling and consistent printing. Optional inline processes include two-side printing, stamping, laminating, die cutting and sheeting.
