Our CI flexo printing machines can be configured for commonly used substrates, including PE, BOPP, PET and PVC films, as well as kraft paper, coated paper, synthetic paper, aluminum foil, laminates and nonwoven materials.

The central impression drum keeps the substrate firmly supported through the printing stations, while precise tension control and automatic web guiding help maintain stable material transport. When the machine is correctly configured for the substrate thickness, web width, ink and production speed, these systems help reduce stretching, web deviation, wrinkling and registration variation.

For applications requiring higher automation and more precise register control, selected models can also be equipped with a full-servo gearless drive and a sleeve-type plate cylinder system. The final configuration should be confirmed according to the material specification and required print quality.

The production time depends on the machine type. If it is a CI and inline printing machine, it needs 60 work days; if stacked printing machine, it needs 45 work days.

A: The maximum speed of CI press is 500m/min, varying by machine type and substrate. The register accuracy reaches ±0.1mm. Equipped with closed-loop tension control system and independent servo drive for each color station, the machine maintains constant tension during long-run continuous production, avoiding color deviation and material stretching to guarantee high yield rate.
