Burger Wrapper Stack Flexo Printing Machine

The RY burger wrapper stack flexo printing machine is designed for food wrapping paper, greaseproof paper, coated paper and related paper packaging materials. It supports 1 to 9 colors and can be configured for narrow- or wide-web production according to the finished wrapper size. Optional processes include back-side printing, varnishing, web turning, slitting, cross cutting, conveyor delivery and turret rewinding, allowing printing and downstream converting to be combined in one production line.

Product Introduction

Ceramic Anilox Printing System
Ceramic anilox rollers, precision plate cylinders and impression rollers support controlled ink transfer and consistent print quality.
Heavy-Duty Steel Frame
The printing-unit side frames are manufactured from 20 mm 45# steel plate to improve structural rigidity and help reduce vibration during production.
Independent Inter-Color Drying
Each printing station can be equipped with an independent drying unit to support controlled drying between colors.
Multiple Drying Options
Available drying systems include IR, hot air, UV and LED UV, selected according to the substrate, ink and production speed.
Flexible Color and Width Configurations
The machine supports 1 to 9 colors and multiple web widths for burger wrappers, food wrapping paper and related packaging products.
Optional Inline Converting
Back-side printing, varnishing, web turning, slitting, cross cutting, conveyor delivery and turret rewinding can be configured according to the production process.
