Ceramic Anilox Printing System
Ceramic anilox rollers provide wear resistance, corrosion resistance and consistent ink transfer for stable label printing.
Independent Printing Units
Each printing unit can be engaged or disengaged independently, allowing unused stations to remain idle while other colors continue printing.
360° Registration Adjustment
Full circumferential registration adjustment supports accurate print positioning across different repeat lengths.
Automatic Ink Metering
Automatic ink metering helps maintain controlled ink delivery and consistent print density during production.
PLC and Touchscreen Control
The PLC and touchscreen interface simplify machine setup, operating adjustments and production monitoring.
Optional Converting Processes
The line can be configured with corona treatment, laminating, die cutting, slitting, sheeting, back-side printing and turret rewinding.
